Every once and awhile I find myself talking to a friend about the fact that her child is coming down with a virus. Safflower is a plant. The flower and oil from the seeds are used as medicine. Safflower seed oil is used for preventing heart disease, including “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis) and stroke.
