Alternative Treatments to Deal with Infertility using Ancient Ayurveda

The rate at which infertility is fast becoming a common phenomenon in today's hectic stressful lives, is rather alarming, all thanks to our current lifestyle taking a toll on our overall health.

Dr Jaydeep Tank, who works on IVF fertility says, "Fertility problems are nobody's fault. Infertility is a medical condition affecting almost one in ten couples trying to conceive. Male fertility problems are the primary diagnosis in approximately 25 % of cases and contribute to a further 15-25% of the remaining cases."

In men, the most common fertility issue is the inadequate production of sufficient normal, motile (moving) sperm. Although there are several factors leading to male infertility, a precise diagnosis, however, in most cases is elusive. This lack of clarity in diagnosis, treatment of male infertility in the large majority of cases remains empirical. It is therefore no wonder that the mainstay of treating severe male infertility still remains assisted reproduction …

The Benefits of Sirsasana: Why you should (and shouldnt) go upside down

Inversions are some of the most important yoga poses. If I have only 15 minutes to get on my mat, headstand and shoulderstand are what I’m practicing. Iyengar calls headstand “the basic posture” – it is essentially tadasana, upside-down. Sunlight Kills Germs Quickly

Germs are all around us, in the air we breathe, and often the water we drink. They find their way into our food, usually because of poor methods of handling.

Most germs can grow only in warm, moist places, such as the creases in the skin, the palms of the hands, and around the rectum and genital areas. It is important for all of us to wash our hands frequently and bathe the whole body thoroughly every day. This will help to protect us from serious infection. We should also be sure to clean our teeth and gums, brushing them carefully two or three times every day.

Nearly all germs die quickly when exposed to direct rays of the sun. Nothing is more powerful than sunlight in ridding the community of germs. The sensible home maker will see to it that her house is well ventilated and thoroughly aired each day. Allow the sun's rays to fall directly on the floors in each room as often as possible. Blankets and other bedding should be frequently placed in the sunshine. Tuberculosis germs a…

Spiritual Talk: Love is a Rose Flower, Beautiful As It Is

* Love has to be meaningless. Love is great only when it is meaningless. All meaning is mundane; whenever something has meaning it is ordinary.

All that is great has no meaning. Beauty has no meaning, truth has no meaning, god has no meaning, because they are not commodities in the marketplace. A beautiful rose flower – what meaning has it got? It is utterly beautiful but without any meaning. You cannot reduce it to some meaning. It has no purpose, it is simply there. And what meaning has the sky full of stars? No meaning at all.

Meaning is a man-made idea. If man disappears from the earth roses will go on blooming, stars will go on shining, the moon will rise, and all will go on happening, but there will be no meaning. Meaning was man’s creation. God created the world, man created meaning; and because it is man’s creation, it remains small, trivial.

* Love has no meaning. Love is a rose flower, beautiful as it is; but it is not a commodity. You cannot evaluate it, you cannot…

And whenever you have nasal congestion from a cold or allergies, you’re more likely to snore, because inflamed tissues and extra mucus interfere with …
